News Anishanslin receives Mount Vernon fellowship

Professor Zara Anishanslin has been named the 2018 Mount Vernon-Georgian Papers Fellow at the Washington Library. Anishanslin will spend one month researching at Mount Vernon, and two months in London/Windsor. This research will go towards her next book, “Revolutionary Things: Material Culture and the American Revolution, 1763-1788,” which examines the role of material and visual culture during the Revolutionary War.
