Assistant Professor Jennifer Van Horn will present her lecture, “Dressing Tables, Portraits, and Peg Legs: The Power of Objects in Eighteenth Century British America,” at Wilton House Museum in Richmond, Virginia on February 22 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The lecture will discuss the drive to obtain various objects in order to display power and wealth within Anglo-American society.
