News Wigmore named new assistant curator at Amon Carter

Ph.D. candidate Spencer Wigmore has been appointed Assistant Curator of Painting, Sculpture, and Works on Paper at the Amon Carter Museum of American Art. Wigmore, who specializes in 19th century American landscape painting, will focus on research, conservation, development and contribution to publications, and organization of exhibitions.
