The Georgia Museum of Art at the University of Georgia has named Jeffrey Richmond-Moll as its new Curator of American Art. Richmond-Moll graduated with his doctorate from the University of Delaware in May. Prior to his new role, he worked as a Curatorial Research Associate on Nature's Nation: American Art and Environment, a traveling exhibit originating at the Princeton University Art Museum. The exhibition explores how American art from the colonial period to the present molded environmental awareness and led to modern-day ecological thinking. Richmond-Moll has worked with other notable institutions including the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, New-York Historical Society and Delaware Art Museum.
