‚ÄčLiz Simmons in the Scrovegni Chapel

Doctoral candidate Liz Simmons received a scholarship to visit Italy last week with The Decorative Arts Trust on their study trip "Splendors of Venice and the Veneto." In addition to viewing Palladian villas, Veronese paintings, and other Renaissance treasures, a highlight for Liz was seeing Giotto's frescoes in the Scrovegni Chapel in Padova!
