Ph.D. candidate Alba Campo Rosillo was recently at King's College London to present the paper "The Medium Makes Publicity: Materiality in the Inventor Portrait by George Peter Alexander Healy" at the conference "(Un)Like: Life Writing and Portraiture, c.1700-the present," organized by Dr. Clare Brant (King's College) and Kerstin Maria Pahl (Max Planck Institute). With this paper, Campo Rosillo lectured on one section of her dissertation on the portraiture of George Peter Alexander Healy and shared recent technical analysis discoveries.
