Applying for the CTPhD Program
Entering the Curatorial Track is a two-step process:
- Students will discuss the suitability of the program for their career goals with their advisor and the Director of the CTPhD program. This discussion must result in a relevant curriculum and feasible timetable, including a plan to complete the two required museum internships.
- Students must submit an application to the Director of Graduate Studies for final approval. The application consists of a 500-word statement, curriculum plan, and timetable. It must be signed by both the student's advisor and the Director of the CTPhD program prior to submission.
Students wishing to join the CTPhD program must apply no later than May 1 of their first year in the doctoral program.
