Art history has two new exciting online courses on offer next Winter 2023.

The courses are ARTH 232: Art o​​f Latin America, a synchronous course that meets M-F 10-11:30 a.m., and surveys art and architecture in Latin America from pre-Hispanic times to the 21st century; and ARTH225: Art and Enlightenment, which will be ​asynchronous, and examines 18th century painting, sculpture, architecture, decorative arts and material culture in Europe, the Americas and the African diaspora within frameworks of global cultural exchange and Enlightenment science, politics, philosophy and society. Both meet several requirements of the major, minor and distribution requirements.
